Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit multiple locations within your territory and ensure striking floral displays. You will engage with store staff and customers, restock inventory, and report activities using a mobile device.

The role includes paid training, a mobile phone allowance, and travel reimbursement per route, with scheduling across weekdays and weekends during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key festive dates, ensure stores are prepared for demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
