The GIANT Company is seeking a floral department team member in Quakertown, PA. Primary duties include receiving, storing, stocking items, making flower arrangements, assisting customers, and wrapping plants and flowers.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training (this is a job specific requirement).
• Must have keyboard skills.

Responsabilités

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare required PPE and supplies.
• Use a U-boat to retrieve inventory and place it into the floral cooler.
• Make floral arrangements, assist customers, wrap flowers and plants, and inflate balloons as needed.
• Keep the department and cooler clean.
• Track and record loss.
