Responsibilities include cutting and arranging live flowers, creating a range of designs, following written orders, and meeting a production pace of 3–4 arrangements per hour while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with interest in floral arranging.
• Formal floral design training is a plus but not required.
• Vocational training in floral design is beneficial.
• Education in floriculture or horticulture is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Cut and arrange live flowers and foliage according to orders.
• Create bouquets, sprays, wreaths, and other arrangements.
• Follow written orders including occasion, color, and time.
• Produce standard and specialty designs meeting quality standards.
• Complete daily production sheets accurately.
• Maintain a production standard of 3–4 arrangements per hour.
• Assist with plant maintenance and other departments when needed.
• Be available for extended hours during peak floral holidays.
