1-800-Flowers.com, INC. is seeking a Floral Designer to create specialty bouquets and floral arrangements that meet customer needs while upholding our quality and production standards.

This role blends practical floral knowledge with artistic skill to translate customer preferences into finished designs. Responsibilities include cutting and arranging live flowers, producing a variety of arrangements, and following orders with attention to occasion, color, price, and timing.

Responsibilities

• Cut and arrange live flowers and foliage according to customer orders and established design specifications
• Create bouquets, sprays, wreaths, dish gardens, terrariums, and other floral arrangements
• Follow written orders that may include the occasion, customer color and flower preferences, price point, and required completion time
• Create standard recipe-based arrangements as well as specialty floral designs
• Produce arrangements according to established company quality standards
• Complete daily production sheets accurately
• Maintain a production standard of at least 3–4 arrangements per hour
• Assist with maintaining plants and dish gardens
• Support other departments when necessary
