Job summary

Kroger is seeking a retail team member to assist in designing and merchandising floral items and fulfilling customer requests. You will greet customers, provide excellent service, and help create arrangements to meet orders.

Responsibilities include packaging orders, keeping displays tidy, and operating the cash register while maintaining safety and courtesy. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information professionally and work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist and greet customers promptly and provide great service.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Help design and create floral arrangements and/or other items to fill customer orders.
• Package orders effectively, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and files properly.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting items.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures.
