Job summary

ShopRite of Wall Township is seeking a Floral Manager to direct the Floral Department and its associates, ensuring safety, presentation, and customer service excellence. You will supervise daily operations, lead training, and manage displays to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications include strong English literacy, basic math, mobility, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Experience in floral operations and leadership is preferred; vision and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate standard computer functions.
• Able to stand/walk for entire shift and lift 25–60 lbs.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures and with cleaning agents.
• Able to supervise and lead Floral Department staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Floral Department and its Associates to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, food safety compliance, and proper department operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, pricing, and product displays within standards.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance feedback for Associates.
• Assist with food products, catering, and special orders as needed.
