ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service. Greet customers with a smile, make eye contact, and thank them for their requests. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards. Ensure high levels of customer courtesy and service throughout the store. Perform various merchandising tasks related to the floral department, including arrangements, displays, pricing, and handling customer special orders. Ensure all customer special orders and arrangements are accurately filled. Maintain floral products' quality and freshness. Follow all sanitation and safety regulations. Assist with produce merchandising and ordering supplies for the floral department as needed. Control shrink by adhering to policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management and comply with company policies.
