Hy-Vee is seeking a Floral Clerk to join the Floral Department. You will assist customers with floral orders in person or by phone, help create simple arrangements, and keep the department stocked and attractive for daily sales.

Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining product freshness, and handling the department register. A friendly, detail‑oriented individual with good math and confidentiality is a fit for this role.

Qualifications

• Less than high school diploma or equivalent experience accepted.
• Six months of similar or related work experience preferred; we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist with placing floral orders in person or over the phone.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish floral products including arrangements and corsages.
• Process orders and maintain confidentiality on order details.
• Review freshness and anticipate daily product needs for the department.
• Run the department register and handle payments as applicable.
