Job summary

Qualifications

• You don't need extensive experience; training provided.
• Strong customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle orders, basic math (fractions, decimals, percentages), and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with floral orders in person or by phone.
• Prepare and replenish floral products including arrangements, corsages, balloons, and bouquets.
• Process orders, maintain confidentiality of sender/recipient details and costs.
• Keep the floral department clean, stocked, and attractive.
• Operate the department register and handle payments as needed.
• Deliver friendly, helpful service and follow company guidelines.

Education

Less than high school diploma accepted

Six months related experience preferred
