Job summary

Hy-Vee in Omaha, NE is seeking a Floral Clerk to assist customers in the floral department, help with orders, and create beginning-level designs. You’ll keep the department stocked, neat, and welcoming, delivering warm, attentive service to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with floral orders in person or by phone.
• Prepare, finish and replenish flowers, corsages, and arrangements.
• Process orders via FTD/Teleflora and maintain order confidentiality.
• Deliver orders, unload trucks, and keep the department clean and organized.
• Operate the register and provide friendly service over the phone.
