Responsibilities

• Greet customers cheerfully and assist with floral orders in person or by phone.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish floral items including arrangements, corsages, balloons, and bouquets.
• Handle order paperwork, send/receive FTD and Teleflora orders, and keep order details confidential.
• Check product freshness and anticipate daily department needs.
• Maintain clean, organized display spaces, coolers, counters and floors.
• Operate the department register, process payments, and provide friendly service.
