Qualifications

• Less than high school diploma or equivalent experience accepted.
• Six months of similar or related work experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with floral orders in person or over the phone.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish floral products including small arrangements, corsages, boutonnieres, roses, balloons, bows, and other items.
• Send and retrieve floral orders; maintain confidentiality of order details.
• Deliver orders as needed and keep the department clean and organized.
