Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in San Diego is seeking a Merchandise Leader who will partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to execute Floorsets, uphold Brand Visual Standards, and keep the guest experience at the forefront.

You will train the Floorset team, ensure replenishment and merchandising daily, and collaborate to drive sell-through while maintaining store safety and AEO policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and store presentation.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Ability to train and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorsets and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set production goals.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute merchandising initiatives.
• Prioritize guest experience and maintain store safety and policy compliance.
