Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join our McLean, VA store. You will partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to execute Floorsets, merchandising updates and replenishment, ensuring the guest feels the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals and maintain brand standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. This is a part-time role focused on driving guest experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong merchandising knowledge and visual standards.
• Capable of leading Floorset execution and coaching teams.
• Focus on guest experience and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training of the Floorset team.
• Drive merchandising and replenishment to maintain brand standards.
• Plan and execute day-to-day merchandising with leadership collaboration.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across the store and stockroom.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Uphold store safety and shrink-reducing practices.
