Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in executing AEO Brand Visual Standards. You’ll lead floorset execution, replenishment, and merchandising updates to keep the store guest ready.

Collaborate with the team to train on floorset standards, drive sell-through, and maintain compelling displays while upholding safety and company policies. This role requires flexible availability, strong organization, and a passion for guest

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising with Floorset execution.
• Strong visual standards and display setup abilities.
• Proven track record leading a merchandising team.
• Ability to drive sell-through through replenishment and updates.
• Focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in upholding AEO Brand Standards on the floor.
• Drive Floorset execution, coach the Floorset team, and set productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, infl uence replenishment and sell-through decisions.
• Ensure the store maintains AEO Brand Standards and guest-ready presentation.
• Foster teamwork, recognition, and a customer-focused store culture.
