American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader (Part Time) at Mall of America to serve as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring floorset execution and brand standard compliance. You’ll lead merchandising initiatives, replenishment and daily site upkeep to keep the store guest-ready.

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership to drives opportunities. AEO values teamwork, recognition and customer experience.

Qualifications

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You love organization and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
• You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills and you have a history of retail work.

Responsabilités

• YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF: You love AE and Aerie products!
• Floorsets are your 'thing'! You drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring Floorset standards are met.
• You ensure the store stays in top shape by daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• You support the Merchandising Team Leader in teaching the team to maintain Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• You champion guest experience and celebrate wins with the team.
• You help maintain store safety and shrink-reduction strategies following AEO policies.
