Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support Floorset execution and maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will train the Floorset team, optimize product placement, and drive replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.

In this role you’ll collaborate with the Merchandising Team Leader, deliver strong guest experiences, manage day-to-day merchandising and respond to opportunities to improve sell-through while upholding safety and shrink-reduction standards.

Qualifications

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Experience with Floorset execution and replenishment.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute floorsets and maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards.
• Train and coach Floorset team and set productivity goals.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Support guest experience and ensure store safety and shrink-reduction.
