Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group, INC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to manage daily warehouse operations for our flooring supply facility in New Brighton, MN. You will pick and stage jobs, prepare materials, and ensure accurate inventory handling while maintaining safety and organization.

Critical duties include processing freight, conducting monthly counts, and ensuring timely data entry in the inventory system, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic warehouse

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; 1–2 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend shipping documents and instructions.
• Strong math skills for basic calculations.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay within standard procedures.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (database, spreadsheets, email, word processing).
• Effective written and spoken English communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Picks and stages daily jobs; preparing materials for daily jobs; accepts and properly stores inventory, and labels inventory.
• Ensures work orders, status updates, shipping/receiving confirmations, and material returns are entered into the company inventory system.
• Monitors inventory to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Processes freight trucks.
• Conducts monthly inventory counts, identifies discrepancies and reconciles differences.
• Organizes and maintains the cleanliness of the warehouse and facility, as well as the responsible outside area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
