Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group is seeking a Warehouse Worker to manage daily warehouse operations for flooring materials in New Brighton, MN. The role emphasizes accurate inventory handling, shipping/receiving, and readiness for daily jobs.

The candidate will lift up to 75 lbs, operate a forklift, and maintain safety and clean work areas while using standard inventory systems and basic computer software for records and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in reading shipping documents and preparing correspondence.
• Basic math for measurements and calculations in inventory.
• Able to read and write in English; good communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer workstations and common software applications (database, spreadsheet, email, word processing).
• Must be able to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license with personal auto insurance.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Picks and stages daily jobs; prepares materials for daily jobs; receives, stores, and labels inventory.
• Enters work orders, status updates, shipping/receiving confirmations, and material returns into the inventory system.
• Monitors inventory accuracy at all times.
• Processes freight trucks.
• Conducts monthly inventory counts and reconciles discrepancies.
• Maintains cleanliness of the warehouse, facility, and surrounding area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
