Job summary

Floor Coverings International, a locally owned residential flooring company serving the Twin Cities West Metro, is seeking a hands-on warehouse and deliveries associate. You will keep the warehouse organized, manage inventory, and help with local deliveries and community marketing.

This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and a chance to see direct impact on operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or delivery roles preferred.
• Ability to lift flooring materials within safe limits.
• Valid driver’s license for small deliveries.
• Comfortable working independently and part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and make local deliveries that are manageable in size.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely movement of materials.
• Distribute door hangers, flyers, and other promotional materials in local neighborhoods.
• Provide occasional on-site support to ensure materials are ready for projects.
• Take the dump trailer to a local dump and unload it.
