Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to help customers find products and complete their projects on our busy sales floor.

These roles offer a minimum base pay of $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment in a fast-paced retail environment. We value friendly, energetic team players who communicate well, can multitask, and keep shelves stocked and the store safe for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers, assess projects, and recommend products.
• Deliver above-and-beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock areas, keep store clean, safe, and shoppable.
• Assist management and team to reach sales goals.
• Process checkout using POS.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Tag, price, stock merchandise.
• Follow company safety processes.
• Answer phones per guidelines.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
