Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• At least 1 year in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling floorcovering products.
• Experience operating floorcovering cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale customers.
• Refer wholesale leads to sales reps and store staff.
• Process orders and coordinate installations with installers and customers.
• Verify installers’ orders for accuracy before materials leave the store.
• Process sales transactions per policies and procedures.
• Support achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work order files and inventory presentation.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when required.
• Keep assigned areas in stock and presentable, stay knowledgeable on products.
