Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Branch Floorcovering Coordinator at Store #8538 in Spokane. You will assist wholesale customers, answer questions about floorcovering products, and recommend solutions while maintaining high quality standards.

Your duties include processing orders, coordinating installations with installers and customers, and delivering excellent service. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to support sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Minimum one year of delivery, retail, or customer service experience.
• Experience selling floorcovering products and operating cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting floorcovering products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Refer potential wholesale leads to sales reps and store staff.
• Process orders and coordinate installations with installers and customers.
• Check installers' orders for accuracy before material leaves the store.
• Process sales transactions according to policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and in-stock products.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
