Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling floorcovering and/or floorcovering products.
• Prior experience operating floorcovering cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present suitable floorcovering products.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale customers and refer leads to sales staff.
• Process orders and coordinate installations with installers and customers.
• Ensure accuracy of installers' orders and maintain orderly work files.
• Support in-store operations, inventory, deliveries and upkeep of displays.
