Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling floorcovering products is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate floorcovering products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Refer potential wholesale leads to sales reps and store staff.
• Process orders and coordinate installations with installers and customers.
• Check installers’ orders for accuracy before material leaves store.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policy.
