Lowe’s in Lexington, KY seeks a Sales Specialist to engage customers, identify needs, and guide them to the right home improvement solutions. You’ll become a product expert, explaining specs, promotions, and financing to close sales.

You’ll work across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more to meet customer goals. You’ll support a fast-paced store environment, participate in selling services, and contribute to a team that delivers great customer experiences.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service in a sales environment with required goals/metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining product benefits.
• Serve as department contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates, installations, orders, and follow-up.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/store for stock replacement.
• Conduct price reviews per pricing policies and maintain pricing docs.
• Support checkout, calls, pages, and requests for assistance.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and mentor development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
