Black Hills Flooring, LLC is seeking a self-motivated Retail Sales Associate to drive sales of residential and commercial floor coverings. Base compensation ranges from $41,000 to $100,000 per year, with bonus opportunities and a friendly team environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs and preferences
• provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and quality of products
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
