Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of the market and trends in flooring is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts.
