Lumber Liquidators in Wilmington, NC is hiring a full-time retail sales associate to help customers create spaces they love. You’ll sell, upsell, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining an organized showroom and handling POS transactions.

The role offers base pay of $15–$18 per hour plus uncapped monthly commission and bonuses, with 401(k) matching, paid time off, wellness days, and six company-paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
