Job summary

Floor Coverings International is hiring a Flooring Sales Consultant – In-Home Design & Sales for the Greater North Denver area. You will conduct in-home design consultations, measure spaces, and guide clients through flooring options that fit style and budget.

Expect a performance-based compensation plan with a $50,000 draw plus uncapped commissions, company van, paid training, and paid time off. Evening and weekend availability and a path for advancement are also offered.

Qualifications

• In-home or outside sales experience.
• Comfortable with basic math and measuring (square footage, quantities, pricing).
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and tech-comfortable.
• Valid driver's license.
