Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about purchases.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition, keep area clean, shoppable and safe.
• Collaborate with management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process checkout transactions using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and card procedures; create price tags and signage.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise; support store operations as needed.
