Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Certification to use heavy equipment may require passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, assess projects, and recommend products to complete purchases.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition, ensure shelves are clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check, and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and signs, stock and display merchandise.
• Support safety processes and company policies.
• Answer telephone per guidelines.
• Be available to assist in other areas as needed.
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
