Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and coordination for flooring installation projects.
• Manage subcontractor crews, ensuring high-quality installation and safety compliance.
• Serve as the main point of contact between site teams, customers, and staff.
• Maintain project schedules, material deliveries, and jobsite cleanliness across multiple concurrent projects.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues to avoid delays, budget overages, or customer dissatisfaction.
• Conduct daily site walks and quality checks, documenting progress and holding teams accountable to performance standards.
• Communicate real-time updates to office staff, including project milestones, field reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation.

The Flooring Pros Inc is a privately held and rapidly expanding commercial flooring & tile installation company seeking a Traveling Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project execution on multifamily and commercial construction jobs across the Southeastern U.S.
