Job summary

Anytime Flooring is seeking a skilled Project Site Supervisor to join our team in the Southeast region. The role oversees residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and client contract compliance while coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in construction or project management, strong Microsoft Office skills, and reliability for site duties and travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction, flooring, or project management.
• Experience with residential and commercial systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned projects.
• Maintain targeted schedule compliance.
• Ensure safety and quality are top priorities.
• Ensure client contract compliance is upheld.
• Manage vendor and subcontractors during the project life.
• Maintain communications with clients in a timely manner.
• Provide courteous service and protect confidentiality.
• Document employee performance for direct reports.
• Adhere to procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Organize and lead weekly safety meetings with agenda and minutes.
