Job summary

Anytime Flooring is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to support residential and commercial construction projects. You will assist the lead supervisor with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in construction or flooring, are proficient with Microsoft Office, and can manage vendor and client communications. A valid driver’s license is required for site visits and coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction, flooring and/or project management experience.
• Knowledge of both residential and commercial systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs.
• Ability to perform construction-related tasks in the field.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Take initiative mindset.
• Strong focus on customer relations.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned projects.
• Maintain targeted schedule compliance.
• Ensure safety and quality are top priorities.
• Ensure client contract compliance is upheld.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors during project life.
• Maintain communications with clients and respond to requests promptly.
• Provide courteous, prompt service to all clients and ensure confidentiality.
• Document employee performance for direct reports and communicate actions.
• Adhere to operating procedures for staff efficiency.
• Organize and lead weekly safety meetings with agenda and minutes.
