Job summary

Next Level Restoration and Remodel in Albuquerque seeks a Lead Technician (Flooring Expert) to own flooring execution on restoration rebuilds. You will lead daily field work and serve as the flooring authority in the field, with minimal direct supervision to keep projects on schedule and to the Next Level standard.

You bring mastery of flooring installs (LVP, laminate, tile, carpet), strong coaching skills, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Owns flooring execution and leads end-to-end on restoration rebuild projects.
• Leads installation across all flooring types including prep, layout, transitions, finishes.
• Coordinates flooring with restoration sequencing and other trades.
• Enforces craftsmanship standards and resolves issues before they escalate.
• Maintains clean, safe jobsites and protects client property.
• Develops Technicians and Helpers through hands-on leadership.
