Next Level Restoration & Remodel is seeking a construction Project Manager to own outcomes on multiple reconstruction projects in Albuquerque, NM. You will lead crews and subs, protect the customer experience from start to finish, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication with homeowners, and the ability to read scopes, manage budgets, and coordinate schedules across trades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management in construction or restoration.
• Strong field leadership (not just office coordination).
• Experience managing multiple jobs at once.
• Ability to read scopes, control budgets, and manage schedules.
• Excellent communication with clients and crews.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple reconstruction projects start to finish.
• Enforce craftsmanship, cleanliness, and finish standards.
• Manage trades, materials, and timelines; adjust schedules proactively.
• Be the main point of contact for homeowners and provide proactive updates.
• Lead, coach, and develop crew members; uphold performance and quality standards.
