Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking an experienced Flooring Installer/Carpenter to join our restoration team. You will install floor coverings, repair drywall and finishes, and help bring damaged spaces back to life in a fast-paced environment.

We value craftsmanship, independence and teamwork, strong problem-solving skills, and customer service. Candidates must provide their own tools, hold a valid driver’s license, and be detail-oriented to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry experience — must be skilled floor coverings installation.
• Must supply your own tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
