Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking an experienced Flooring Installer/Carpenter to join our restoration team and help bring damaged spaces back to life. You will specialize in laying carpet, LVT, hardwood, and vinyl sheet goods to restore homes after disasters or events.

The ideal candidate has proven carpentry experience, owns their own tools, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry experience, skilled floor coverings installation.
• Ability to install carpet, LVT, hardwood, and vinyl sheet goods.
• Experience with drywall, trim, and painting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installing floor coverings primarily
• Install and repair drywall, trim, baseboards, and other interior finishes
• Conduct painting and touch-ups to ensure a finished appearance
• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work with team members and project managers to meet deadlines
