Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking an experienced Flooring Installer/Carpenter to join our restoration team and help bring damaged spaces back to life. You will specialize in laying carpet, LVT, hardwood, and vinyl sheet goods to restore homes after disasters or events.

The ideal candidate has proven carpentry experience, owns their own tools, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• Ability to install carpet, LVT, hardwood, and vinyl sheet goods.
• Experience with drywall, trim, and painting is a plus.

We’re looking for an experienced Flooring Installer/Carpenter to join our restoration team and help bring damaged spaces back to life.

The ideal candidate is a skilled flooring installer/carpenter with strong experience in laying carpet, LVT, hardwood, and vinyl sheet goods. Experience in drywall, trim, and painting is a plus. You’ll play a key role in completing restoration and remodeling projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Additional skills in other trades are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installing floor coverings primarily
• Install and repair drywall, trim, baseboards, and other interior finishes
• Conduct painting and touch‑up work to ensure a clean, finished appearance

• Work closely with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
