Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Flooring Installer in Baltimore, MD to perform safe and effective flooring installations and related duties. The role requires arriving with the team by 6:30 AM, greeting customers, and delivering a five-star experience while maintaining clean, organized job sites.

Responsibilities include removing old flooring, installing new floors, trimming, and meticulous cleanup. Candidates should have carpentry/remodeling experience and a valid driver’s license to travel

Qualifications

• Experience installing window/doors, carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
