West Shore Home, LLC is seeking a Flooring Installer in Baltimore, MD, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM and daily travel to customer homes for on-site installation. The role requires removing old flooring, installing new floors, and finishing trim with attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn and perform carpentry/remodeling tasks as needed.
• Follow SOPs and PPE protocols to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM from the warehouse.
• Travel to customer homes, greet clients, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean work areas thoroughly and protect client property.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
