Job summary

West Shore Home in Boston is seeking a Flooring Installer to join our local installation team. You will arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials, then travel to customers' homes to install replacement flooring and trim, ensuring a clean, professional result and a five-star customer experience.

This role requires basic knowledge of hand and power tools, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn. We offer comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience installing window/doors, carpentry, remodeling, construction - or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; smartphone required for company systems

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
