West Shore Home in Lexington, KY is seeking a Flooring Installer to join our growing team. You will load materials at the warehouse, travel to homes, install flooring, and ensure a clean, professional finish.

This role requires basic carpentry, familiarity with hand and power tools, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience installing floors or remodeling is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must have a smartphone to log into Company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
