West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. The Flooring Installer role is based in Minneapolis, MN, with a 6:30 AM start and Monday–Friday schedule, supporting safe installations following SOPs and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities include loading materials, visiting customers, installing flooring, and collecting paperwork and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience installing flooring, carpentry, remodeling, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet the customer, and establish rapport.
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly at the job site.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
