Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of flooring installer experience or related training.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive university vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Install a variety of flooring materials and prepare subfloors.
• Perform carpentry repairs and building maintenance.
• Construct cabinetry, millwork, and install trim as needed.
• Read blueprints and interpret project specifications.
• Maintain safety, organize work areas, and track materials.
• Coordinate with trades to meet project timelines.
