Jack Laurie Group in Indianapolis, IN is hiring an experienced Commercial Flooring Installer to join our team. This role is based in the Indianapolis area but requires travel to commercial job sites throughout Indiana.

You will install carpet tile, LVT/LVP, and sheet vinyl, read blueprints, prepare subfloors, and work with construction teams to deliver high-quality finished floors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial flooring installation experience.
• Experience installing carpet tile, LVT/LVP, and sheet vinyl.
• Must be able to lift and move flooring materials and equipment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel throughout Indiana for projects.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Installer to join our team. This position is based out of the Indianapolis area but requires travel to commercial job sites throughout Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience installing a variety of commercial flooring products and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial flooring materials including:
  • Carpet Tile
    
  • LVT/LVP
    
  • Sheet Vinyl
    
• Prepare subfloors and surfaces for installation.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications.
  
• Operate installation tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Work independently and alongside team members to complete projects on schedule.
  
• Travel to job sites throughout Indiana as needed.
