Refloor is hiring a Flooring Installer in Indianapolis, IN. Refloor is America’s fastest-growing flooring company, known for quality LVP installations and reliable scheduling.

As a Flooring Installer, you will install luxury vinyl plank flooring on residential projects, ensure level subfloors, cut and fit planks, and clean up job sites. A valid driver's license and ownership of a truck or van are required; background checks apply. Weekly pay and steady work are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of LVP flooring installation experience.
• Own a truck or van and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Monday–Friday schedule; Saturday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install LVP flooring in residential and light commercial spaces.
• Prepare subfloors, lay out, cut and fit planks for precise results.
• Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and organized.
