Qualifications

• 5–7 years of flooring installation experience in hard and soft flooring.
• Strong customer service and professionalism to ensure smooth installations.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay motivated.
• Excellent organization and administrative accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Speak with installers in the morning during load out.
• Perform job site inspections of installers.
• Inspect job sites at customers' homes as requested.
• Review carpet contracts sold the previous day.
• Assist sales and office staff with questions.
• Performs other duties as necessary
