This full-time role rewards leadership, multitasking, and a hands-on approach, with a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring installation or production management.
• Strong scheduling and planning abilities.

• On-Site Quality Control: Visit job sites to ensure standards.

• Documentation: Capture before-and-after photos for accountability.
